Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Custom products are made on-demand and typically take 2-5 business days to produce before shipping.

  • Rest of World: 10-21 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey until it arrives at your door.

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Black Vandal products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@blackvandal.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label
  3. Pack your items securely and attach the shipping label
  4. Drop off at your nearest shipping location
  5. You'll receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original tags
  • Swimwear (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund at no cost to you.
